Network Tasman Trust is a consumer trust that holds shares in Network Tasman Limited on behalf of the electricity consumers connected to it. The Trust uses the income from the shareholding to provide benefits to consumers, allocate grants and scholarships, and monitor the company's performance.
ABOUT US
Network Tasman Trust was created as a result of the 1990s government restructuring of the electricity industry to represent the interests of consumers.
COMMUNITY GRANTS
Each year the charitable trust provides grants to help community groups and individuals to make a positive impact in our communities.
SCHOLARSHIPS
Scholarships are awarded to students going to study at tertiary level who display academic, cultural and/or sporting excellence and leadership skills.
